So who is Mantel Group?

Glad you asked. Put simply, we are a tech consultancy that through our brands pursues technologies that change the way our clients do business in the real world.

Since our inception in November 2017, Mantel Group has grown to over 650 people becoming one of Australia’s & New Zealand’s fastest-growing businesses. We were honoured and humbled last year to be voted Australia’s Best Place to Work.

As an Australian private business, backed by Private Equity, we continue to have ambitious plans to build and acquire new brands and to significantly grow to over 1,000 team members by FY2025. We are an IT consultancy, structured as a House of Brands.

We have eight brands (CMD, DigIO, Eliiza, Itty Bitty Apps, Kasna, Pretzel Lab, Azenix, and Cuusoo)  all of which live and breathe our principle-based, start-up, highly ambitious culture.

Why Mantel Group?

Creating a great place to work is no accident. All good relationships have a foundation of trust, and our trust is articulated through our Mantel Group Principles, which guide our decisions and behaviours.

Every year, we make sure you’re always one step ahead by investing in your learning and development. We build our own training where it doesn’t exist yet – it’s in our best interest to teach you things you don’t already know.

You and your family’s health are most important to us. We know everyone is walking their own individual path in life, so we offer Flexible Leave for those times in your life when you need extra support.

We want each person to tailor their working conditions whether that be remotely every now and then, or on a permanent basis – we know how to actually do ‘flexibility’ not just talk about it.

Learning from experienced and inspirational leaders across the collective brands of Mantel Group, including DigIO, Eliiza, Kasna, CMD Solutions, Pretzel Lab, Azenix, Cuusoo & Itty Bitty Apps

You’ll be joining a passionate and supportive team who’ll move mountains to help you achieve your objective.
