Terms and Conditions

1 Introduction

1.1 This competition (Competition) is being held and promoted by Mantel Operations Pty Ltd ABN 12 656 235 559 of Level 2, 452 Flinders Street Melbourne, Victoria 3000 (Mantel Group).

1.2 The Competition is summarised below:

  • Self-donate to Mantel Group’s fundraising page and you will automatically be in the running to win one of two double passes (including entry tickets, paddock passes & exclusive Porsche Paynter Dixon Carrera Cup lounge access) at the Penrite Oil Sandown 500 in Melbourne on 14 September 2024.
  • How to enter: Simply self-donate to Mantel Group’s fundraising page, and you’re automatically entered to win!
  • Entry period: Competition opens at 0.01 am on 30 August 2024. Competition will end 11:59 pm on 30 August 2024
  • Selection of winner: On Monday, 2 September 2024 at 10.00am (AEST), two entrants will be selected at random. The winner will be contacted by 5.00pm (AEST) on Monday, 2 September 2024.
  1. Entry conditions

2.1. The Competition is open to all residents of Australia aged 18 years or older, except employees of Mantel Group, their families, agents, or any third party directly associated with the administration of the Competition.

2.2. To enter the Competition, participants must: a) Visit the Mantel Group fundraising page at https://fundraise.beyondblue.org.au/mantel-group-beyond-blue/]. b) Make a donation of any amount during the Competition Period. c) Ensure that their contact details are provided when making the donation to be eligible for the prize draw.

2.3. The Competition will be open to registered 2024 OnTrack With Mantel Group x Beyond Blue attendees.

2.4. Each donation equals one entry.

  1. Competition Period

3.1. The Competition begins on Friday, 0:01am on 30 August 2024 and ends on 11.59pm on Friday, 30 August 2024 (the Competition Period).

3.2. All entries must be received by 11:59 PM AEST on the closing date. Entries received after this time will not be considered.

  1. Prize

4.1. Two winners will each receive a double pass to Porsche Paynter Dixon Carrera Cup at the Penrite Oil Sandown 500, held on Saturday, 14  September 2024, in Melbourne, Australia.

4.2. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative is offered.

4.3. In the event that the prize is unavailable, Mantel Group reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equal or greater value.

4.4.  Winners are responsible for their own costs of travel and accommodation to the prize event.

  1. Winner Selection

5.1. The winners will be chosen at random from all eligible entries received during the Competition Period.

5.2. The draw will take place on Monday, 2 September 2024, and the winners will be notified by email or phone within one days of the draw.  The prize will then be delivered by email.

5.3. If a winner does not respond within seven days of being notified, Mantel Group reserves the right to forfeit the prize and select another winner using the process outlined in this clause 5.

  1. Conditions of entry

6.1. By entering this Competition, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Mantel Group reserves the right to verify the validity of entries received, and to disqualify any participant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

Any entry that is entered outside of the Competition Period will be invalid.

  1. Privacy

7.1. Personal information supplied during the course of this Competition will be processed in accordance with Mantel Group’s Privacy Policy.

  1. Liability

8.1. Mantel Group will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from or in connection with the Competition, to the extent permitted by law.

8.2. Mantel Group will not be responsible for entries that are lost, misdirected, or incomplete.

  1. General

9.1. Mantel Group reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice.

9.2. The Competition and these Terms and Conditions will be governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia.
