Mantel Group approach to candidates is guided by our principles and in particular, Make Good Choices around what is just the right thing to do. We collect and use candidate information for the purposes of recruiting purposes to determine the skills and experience, background for the role, verifying information to make hiring decisions and to be able to communicate with candidates. To work through the recruitment process, the information may be shared internally with People and Culture, Talent, those involved in the hiring process and our operations team.
Anyone has the right to apply for a role with us not matter where they work. In the case where a candidate works for one of our clients, we will ensure the application and their details is kept confidential from the client.
If candidates are successful and hired with us, the information will transfer to their employment information. If candidates are not successful, we will keep their application to allow us to consider them for other opportunities in the future.
