Mantel has been named one of the Best Workplaces™ in New Zealand for 2026, placing sixth on the Great Place To Work® Best Workplaces in New Zealand – Small list for 2026. This achievement represents our second consecutive year on the list, after placing ninth in its inaugural 2025 edition.
Great Place to Work® certification is awarded based on extensive employee feedback from the Trust Index™ survey. This survey asks our team directly about their level of trust in their employer, whether they take pride in their work, and whether they enjoy the people around them. The part that’s most important to us is ensuring we consistently create great experiences for everyone on our team as we continue to grow across hubs in Australia, New Zealand, and Vietnam. This achievement arrives on the back of placing fourth on Australia’s Best Workplaces list for the seventh year running.
