Over the two sprints, we focused on empowering key stakeholders in the Tech Simplification initiative by improving transparency and accessibility of progress reporting across all workstreams.

Through a series of rapid, high-value workshops, we collaborated with stakeholders to gain a deep understanding of their existing technical environment and reporting challenges.

Based on the insights gathered and leveraging our expertise, we developed a platform recommendation and build plan that aligned with CommBank’s technical preferences.

Preparing for the future

In the space of four weeks, we provided a rapid yet comprehensive analysis of CommBank’s current reporting landscape, as well as clear and detailed recommendations for an efficient and automated Business Intelligence platform, tailored to their specific needs.

Furthermore, close collaboration with the project sponsor and manager fostered strong working relationships between the Mantel Group and CommBank teams, which will ensure a smooth onboarding process for the platform build team. This foundation of understanding and partnership will be crucial for the successful delivery of the project.
