Project Outcomes

Monitoring: The client has reduced risk due to increase in monitoring and feedback

  • The incident frequency has reduced and stretched to > 3 months in the past year. This is due to alerting that allows client and or support team action before an outage situation occurs.
  • There is more visibility from the client to predict and oversee impacts of third party integrations

Major upgrades

  • The legacy system has been updated to a newer OS to allow security patching continuity
  • The DB infrastructure has been upgraded to allow better performance and further future engine upgrades

The Challenges

Deliverit’s main challenge is scalability and availability as the business scales to meet their ever increasing demand from online customers. As the industry evolved, so did Deliverit. Today, Deliverit integrates point of sale, online and mobile ordering, back-of-house operations, and food delivery apps into one seamless system.

This integration required the development of a cohesive end-to-end AWS environment capable of growing and evolving with the business’s ever changing needs.

Deliverit recognized the need to advance and thus partnered with Mantel Group. Mantel Group assists Deliverit in enhancing their network, addressing security requirements, and offering 24×7 monitoring and support for their AWS environment.
