Mantel Group has won the TechDiversity Award 2024 for our Women & Gender Minority Traineeship Program, demonstrating our commitment to breaking bias, increasing diversity, and priming the tech talent pipeline.

Our Women & Gender Minority Traineeship Program has significantly contributed to closing the gender gap at Mantel Group, raising our female and non-binary workforce by 10% across our organisation.

Over the past three years, we have supported 83 women in developing their technical careers. This bias-busting initiative, in which we’ve invested nearly $3 million, challenges the misconception that self-taught developers are less capable than those with formal education.
